The Covid-19 Pandemic has made us evaluate our services and operational procedures, in order to maintain our special services we have joined together with just a few, carefully selected and exceptional carriers to enable us to continue to provide the same quality service to support our loyal and valued clients despite all the challenges and difficulties of the ongoing Pandemic and BREXIT Customs Controls.
The Special Carrier is still fully operational offering dedicated transport solutions on our own equipment throughout Europe, but due to the Pandemic, the fleet was at a reduced operational level. We are pleased to be able to continue to offer a full wide range of transport services at the highest quality service possible.
It would have been difficult to maintain the range and level of service without the help and co-operation of our new partners. We will ensure the same degree of control, communication and focus that we have always maintained as we work closely with a team of amazing carriers through our base in DOVER.
The Special Carrier has the same EFFECTIVE CONTROL philosophy.
And we will be on time, professional, courteous, polite, helpful at all times … it'll be hard, if not impossible, to tell if anything has actually changed!
